Some more now with the rising power of the mozzies! =.= sucks guys...so powerful nowadays, can even sting through my no.4 uniform! Those horny mozzies, fly around lay eggs here and there so shiok right? Kena sai...

Safety message of the day: "Bleed for your country, not for the mozzies!"

2.4km trial 1

Wa kao!! Yesterday finally had a chance to go to Toa Payoh stadium to take my 2.4km timing. It was quite screwed up sia!! The sun was so scorching hot and i had no chance to hydrate myself properly before the run also. Felt so shag running 2.4km in that kind of condition sia. The pace was like shit...too slow liao. It was so obvious that i was running too slow and never going to make it with that kind of pace. I tried hard to run faster from the 4th round onwards to make up for the valuable wasted due to such a slow start but to no avail. Eventually, my timing was a shitty 13mins 5secs. I won't give myself any excuses for running so slow. I am so unhappy with this timing. Very very slow, still far away from my expectation. Now i know how much i need to train some more liao. From now onwards shall jog at faster pace to condition myself to get used to 2.4km. 1 thing i was quite satisfied about yesterday's 2.4km was that i completed the run without stopping. I want to improve 2.4km very badly sia, to 10mins like that.

After the 2.4km warm up, me and Guo Xin went to do gym. Nowadays, i have plenty of drive to chiong exercise. Trained quite alot of sit ups and other weights training in the gym. Muscles are aching today haha...tomorrow will be meeting Candy, Jo, Yuen Shein and not sure who else, for dinner. That means not likely to have time to exercise liao. I WANT TO EXERCISE!!!!! RAWR!!!!!

New record!! WOoHoO~~

Woohoo!! Today i have accomplished a new record by running 12 rounds to and fro at a constant pace without stopping. I recalled me writing in 1 of the entries that my short term goal is to run 15 rounds! Now i am only 3 rounds away haha...feel so happy. I knew i was able to run an extra 1 more if i wanted to but i don't really wan to stretch myself too much. Maybe for the next few jogs i shall maintain at 10 rounds first before i am ready to go for 14. Now my next target is to go as far as 20 rounds if possible. I know i can surely make it with great determination and a strong will to slim down. In fact, Wei Yi, my colleague in CIG is one of my inspiration to train in this manner. He always go jog one, and he is even better than some officers in terms of stamina even though he is only pes E. He is participating in the 21km marathon and is like training almost everyday. When he train is like 14km like that run one lor. So zai! Envy sia...hahaha Anyway, this weekend maybe i want to go to the stadium for the accurate distance to get my 2.4km timing. Aiming to reach like 9-10mins+ for 2.4km at least and continue to slim down as soon as possible. Tomorrow is going to be a long and hectic day haiz...Got to go rest soon le...bye bye!

Durian fanatic!!!

These 2 days i am really crazy over durians sia!! Yesterday just eaten durians and just now went to eat again with Jia Hui and Guo Xin after watching 'Harry Potter'. In this manner, i am going to fall sick soon sia! So heaty lor, to eat like that. Think i have to drink more herbal tea liao. I smell so "durian" now. Lolx...For the whole of today, i keep sneezing like mad. Just like the time we ate DAMN lots of durians with Yuen Shein they all. That day i when i went back home i also sneezed like mad the whole night. Immediately the next day i fever liao, lasted for like 3-5 days. I believe its going to haunt me again, since the "symptoms" are here liao...hahaha Tomorrow must go and run again liao. Yesterday and today didn't run, feels like something is missing haha. I want to go swim as well if the weather is good.

Anyway, for those who intend to watch 'Harry Potter', please think twice. In my opinion, i don't think this time round its worth the money. Most of the time they are just talking and talking. I don't really see much excitment in the climax of the plot. The movie is quite rush, considering the fact that they are squeezing the story from such a thick book into about 2hrs 30mins. So alot of stuff are only touched on briefly then proceed on the story liao. Haiz...quite disappointing =.="

Just another day =.="

Just another day today, returning back to work after yesterday's MC. Nothing much to do in the office, i was only busy in the morning. The afternoon was just doing some simple tasks and chatting with my upper study. I really hope i can go dispatch on this friday!!! In that way, i do not have to wake up and leave house as early as 5.30am just to go for the morning exercise in camp. Anyway i am already exercising everyday liao, so i think the morning exercise is not really necessary. I would prefer to sleep some more hahaha...I seriously have insufficient sleeps during the weekdays. Just now went to jog at around 8.30pm, this time round, i could jog 10 laps to and fro non-stop. Sooner or later i think 15 should not be a problem to me ahaha. I don't know why, but suddenly i realised i seem to fall in love with jogging lolx...my mind feels so relax and calm when i jog. Keeping away from the stress and the troubles while listening to the mp3s in my ipod. It has gradually became a part of my daily routine, to jog at night after my work. I think it is a good alternative way to prevent myself from stressing out over lots of things that are going on. Too many undesirable events have affected me badly, and it has yet to recover. This sat most likely going to watch 'Die Hard 4.0' since my colleague has recommended it strongly to me hahaha...Going to ZzZz soon bye bye...Love my sisters and friends ^^

Exercise!!!

For the past several day, i have been doing the same things repeatedly everyday. Work, jog, dinner, watch tv and sleep. Its always nice to exercise a few hours before i sleep. It allows me to sleep better ba. The most commendable thing was the consistency in my exercise. So far i have been keeping up with my exercise everyday. I can see that my stamina is getting better already. I could still remember when i juz started to jog again, my stamina was terrible. A few rounds only i was already panting like crazy. Now, i could easily jog several more rounds than before. Especially after jogging, i feel so relax and it also gives me a feeling of "relief". Tomorrow i'll have to leave house at 5.30am to work because they made it compulsory for everyone to report at 7.10am to get changed and to train for the AHM. Sianz ah...who the hell wake up so early just to go jog de!!! Crazy la!! Wa lau...feel so tired already at the thought of it. Haiz...nothing much to blog le. Tomorrow going to watch 'Transformer', at least thats the only thing i am looking forward to for tomorrow. So busy chatting with 6 people in msn now, shall go talk to them le Tata~~

Farewell National Stadium!!

It was truly an historical moment for every Singaporeans who were present at the National Stadium to witness the closing of the stadium. It has given us much fond memories that we can never forget. The winning of the Tiger Cup, the winning of the Malaysia Cup and so on. Especially for me, this is the first time that i am watching a live soccer match in a stadium, Singapore vs Australia. So happy to be able to cheer with the fellow fans as well as doing the kallang wave. I have also taken quite a number of photos over there. No one brought a digital camera along so we had to make do with Karl's camera phone. The quality not so good la but its beter than nothing though.

The match was quite exciting, both sides didn't "put water" for each other. Although Singapore lost 3-0 to Australia eventually, the Singapore team and the fans have done us proud. Everyone did very well in their respective roles. The players fought hard to deter the Australians from scoring and at the same time creating chances constantly to score. I would say their fortune was low la, several good chances were either saved, or shot off wide. They could have led the game at first half if they were able to convert the chances into goals. In the second half, the Australians began to play seriously liao. They were getting nearer and nearer to scoring. Finally, at 1 corner kick, the ball was crossed over to Viduka who was unmarked infront of the goal mouth. He jumped and headed the ball into the corner goal post and scored. Later on, Kewell was substituted in and he scored a goal from an angle to the far corner of the goal post. At 80+mins, Viduka was free from the defenders so it was the almost the same way he scored his first goal. The way the Australians play, were impressive. Even though Singapore lost the friendly match, i was still happy because i got to see the EPL players like Mark Viduka, Harry Kewell, Lucas Neil and Mark Schwarzer outside the tv lolx...But abit wasted la, didn't get a chance to see Tim Cahill because he wasn't available to play for the match i think.

Despite that, I enjoyed myself over there at the National Stadium. Hopefully if there is a chance, i can fly to Barcelona to see Henry they all play sia!! That would be even more exciting!! Perhaps the next time, it will be perfect if there is a girlfriend to watch me as well muahahaha!!!
